4.17 子曰：“见贤思齐焉，见不贤而内自省也。”

孔子说：“看见贤者，就想着向他看齐；看见不贤的人，就反省自己做得怎么样。”

Confucius said: “When you see a sage person, you should learn from them. When you see a wicked person, you should introspect what you need to improve.”
