15.27 子曰：“巧言乱德。小不忍，则乱大谋。”

孔子说：“花言巧语会败坏道德。小事情不忍耐，会毁坏大谋略。”

孔子说：“花言巧语会混淆是非，使人动摇心志，从而扰乱道德标准。小处不忍耐或不忍心，都会毁坏大谋略。”
【English Translation】
Confucius said: “Glib talk will confuse right and wrong, shake people’s minds, and thus disturb moral standards. If one cannot endure or be patient in small matters, he will ruin great strategies.”
