11.20 子张问善人之道。子曰：“不践迹，亦不入于室。”

子张问善人怎么样。孔子说：“善人不踩着别人的足迹走，但他的道德学问也难以精深入室。”

Zi Zhang asked Confucius about how a kind person behaves. Confucius said: “A kind person does not follow other’s paths, but his virtue and learning are also difficult to reach the realm of a sage.”
