5.28 子曰：“十室之邑，必有忠信如丘者焉，不如丘之好学也。”
【译文】
孔子说：“只要有十户人家聚居的地方，一定会有像我这样忠心诚实的人，不过是不像我这样爱好学习呀。”

孔子说：“只要有十户人家聚居的地方，一定会有像我这样忠心诚实的人，不过是没有像我一样的志向并为之学习的呀。”
【English Translation】
Confucius said: “As long as there are ten households living together, there are definitely the faithful and honest people just like me. However, there is no one having the same aspiration as mine and learning for it.”
