7.14 子在齐闻《韶》，三月不知肉味，曰：“不图为乐之至于斯也。”

孔子在齐国听到《韶》乐，很长时间感觉不出肉的滋味，他说：“真没想到音乐之美会达到这样的境界。”

【English Translation】
In the state of Qi, when Confucius heard the “Shao” music1 from the time of Emperor Yu Shun, he had no intention of tasting meat for a long time. Confucius said: “I really didn’t expect that the joy of life could reach such a realm.”
