18.4　齐人归女乐¹，季桓子受之²，三日不朝，孔子行³。

齐国向鲁国赠送一批歌姬舞女，季桓子接受了，且三天不行朝礼听政，于是孔子离开了鲁国。

【English Translation】

The State of Qi presented a group of singing and dancing girls to the State of Lu. Ji Huan Zi¹ accepted them. For this reason, he did not hold court and attend to political affairs for three days. As a result, Confucius left the State of Lu and began to travel around various States.
