13.9 子适卫，冉有仆1。子曰：“庶矣哉2！” 冉有曰：“既庶矣，又何加焉？”曰：“富之。” 曰：“既富矣，又何加焉？”曰：“教之。”

孔子到卫国去，冉有为他驾车。 孔子说：“卫国的人口真多呀！” 冉有说：“人口已经很多了，还要做什么？” 孔子说：“使他们富足。” 冉有说：“富足后再做什么？” 孔子说：“对他们进行教育。”
