19.6 子夏曰：“博学而笃志，切问而近思，仁在其中矣。”

子夏说：“广博地学习，并能坚守志趣；问与自己所学切近的问题，并思考近前的事，仁就在其中了。”

【English Translation】
Zi Xia1 said: “If a person studies widely and sticks to his aspirations, seriously consults teachers and friends when encountering problems and starts from his own practice, then he could be considered as a benevolent person.”
